I am not coaching you from the other side of this.
In the boardroom and in the thick of motherhood.

The story
When I got pregnant, I did not have a single friend who was also expecting. My family were two hundred miles away. I was navigating the biggest change of my life almost entirely alone.
I reached out for help. I was ignored. I reached out again after my daughter was born. Ignored again.
So for the first months of her life, there was no village. Just me, a baby, and a thousand questions at three in the morning.
When the thing you need does not exist, you can wait for it, or you can build it.
When my daughter was four months old, I started building. That business became Mère + Me, which now runs events and community for mums across London. I built it with no childcare, no team and no investor. In naps, at night, in fragments.
I am telling you this for one reason. Every piece of advice I give comes from doing this, right now, in the same season as you. Not from a course I took, and not from a memory of how it was ten years ago.
Before this
Where the partnerships knowledge comes from.
I spent five years in sales and partnerships, two of them in senior commercial roles at Immediate Media, one of the UK’s leading publishing groups, managing campaigns across major consumer and parenting titles including BBC Good Food and Radio Times.
I sat on the side of the table that says yes or no to small businesses. I know what brands are actually looking for, what they will never say out loud, and how someone without a famous name gets in the room.
Most mum founders never get access to that knowledge. It is yours now.
The AI piece did not come from a fascination with technology. It came from having ninety minutes and four jobs.
You either find leverage or you drop something. I found leverage, and now I teach it, in plain English, to people who do not want to become technical.
Why AI
Necessity, not interest.
What I believe
Ambition is not a problem to be managed.
Capacity is a real constraint, not an excuse.
Systems should run without you.
No mum should lose herself building the thing that was meant to free her.

Let's have a conversation.
Thirty minutes, no pitch. If I am not the right person I will say so and point you somewhere better.
