Who I am

Coaching with Shakila is a sole trader business in the United Kingdom, and is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach me on WhatsApp on 07376548709. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number [ICO registration number].

What I collect

Only what you type into one of the three forms on this site: your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell me about your business or your event. If you accept analytics cookies, I also collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed and approximate region.

Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry, to send the Season Wheel and occasional related notes if you asked for them, and to understand which pages are useful. The lawful bases are legitimate interests for replying to enquiries and consent for marketing emails and analytics.

Who else sees it

My form handler, email provider and analytics provider process data on my behalf under contract. I do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years. Mailing list records are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email me and I will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
